RTA is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the Emirate of Dubai, and between Dubai and other Emirates of the UAE, neighbouring countries in order to provide an effective & an integrated transport system capable of achieving Dubai’s vision & serving the vital interests of the Emirate.

Capitoline was commissioned to provide the concept design of the new high efficiency facility based on RTA’s current and planned requirements. An 800 m2 area was identified at a disused RTA office facility in Umm Ramool which was demolished to make way for a brand new Tier 3 data centre.
